Memory Bears Makers

    The bears are made for a variety of reasons.
    We make them for those in emotional need.

    For those that are feeling loss because of the passing of a special person, we either use material (no longer
    going to be worn clothing) from the person who has passed and create and return a keepsake bear for
    family members or friends.

    We also create bears for hospice patients from the material we have on hand or will make the bears from a
    special material from the family/friends upon request, as we do for the bears mentioned above.


    Memory Bears offer Friendship, and are created to “soften” feelings of grief.
    A Memory Bear is sewn from your loved one’s clothing or other fabric by St Theresa
    Memory Bear Maker volunteers and returned to you and your family as a keepsake.

    Memory Bears offer Friendship and are created to “soften” a rough day for those who are in
    hospice care.
    Memory Bears are made by St Theresa Memory Bear Maker volunteers especially for
    those in emotional need.
